All rates apply throughout the year with a minimum of 3 nights per booking

In the event of cancellation by the holidaymakers, if we are unable to re-let the booking the balance is still due and no refund is payable. If we re-let the booking, refund of balance (total cost less deposit), less €25 administrative fee should be paid

Electricity is metered so you pay only for what you use

BALANCE OF PAYMENT - REQUIRED FOUR WEEKS BEFORE START OF HOLIDAY

Cheques should be received in time to be cleared by this date

BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT - REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL AS CHEQUE OR CASH

€100 (part or all refundable at end of holiday if no damage etc. If damage exceeds deposit an invoice will be sent for balance of cost)

HIRE OF WET WEATHER JACKETS AND TROUSERS - you must give at least 2 weeks notice so that appropriate sizes are available

€5 per week per person

HIRE OF WELLINGTON BOOTS - you must give at least 2 weeks notice so that appropriate sizes are available

PHONE AND INTERNET

Only local calls can be made from the house, so it is advisable to bring a phone card (available from the village store) to make national and international calls. There is no mobile phone signal on the farm, but you can usually pick one up half way up the drive, between the house and the road. Dial up connection is only available on the farm, so use of phone and internet needs to be discussed
